Customer Satisfaction Survey

A customer satisfaction survey was recently completed by Scott and Lisa R. from Wildwood, Missouri. St. Louis HVAC

Out of a possible 40 points, they gave us a score of 40!

They also took the time to leave a comment: “We noticed a SIGNIFICANT improvement in our comfort level! The coldest rooms are no longer ice boxes. Between the humidifier and filter cartridge system, the amount of dust has also decreased significantly. Scott Lee proposed a comprehensive solution and we couldn’t be happier! I am looking forward to seeing the savings over time with the increased efficiency. The house is cleaner, warmer, and much quieter! Scott Lee made it so easy–installation and filing for the rebates. They were efficient and professional with the installation, neat and clean, too! I can’t think of anything they could have done to provide a better solution and installation.”
