Customer Survey Review

Scott-Lee Heating Company is proud to be a Premier Lennox Dealer in the St. Louis area. A recent customer satisfaction survey was completed by Dan R. of Wildwood, Missouri. Out of a possible 40 points, Dan gave us 40 points!

He also posted this comment, “My installation went perfectly. I called Scott-Lee Heating after getting one bid from a contractor who could not install until the end of the week – three days away. Forecasted temps were for the low teens for several days. At 7:40 AM, Scott-Lee said they had the furnace in stock and could install that day. At 9:00 AM the furnace was delivered, and by 1:00 PM the furnace was installed, with the old furnace removed. My recently remodeled basement with a narrow ninety-degree turn stairway looked perfect. By 2:00 PM the house was warm again. Thank you Scott-Lee for excellent response, professional service, and for beating the first bid by $100.00.”
