Furnace Installation

Scott-Lee Heating Company can help you select the best furnace for your needs and budget.

Gas Furnaces:

Gas furnaces are in durable steel cabinets that ignite natural or LP gas, which warms a heat exchanger. The heat is pushed by a blower assembly to ductwork and is distributed throughout the house.

Features of Gas Furnaces:

AFUE – Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency
This is a formula that measures the efficiency and performance of a gas furnace. A higher AFUE rating represents a more efficient unit.

Variable Speed Blower Motor -
This is a blower motor that slowly ramps up to full speed. It is quieter and uses 2/3 less electricity than a standard motor. It also increases the efficiency of your air conditioner in the summer time.

Two-Stage Heating -
This feature allows for two levels of heating. It will produce low heat on mild days and high heat only on colder days. It saves energy and keeps temperatures consistent.

E-Power Saver Motor -
This motor technology allows continual rotation and is 33% more efficient than a standard motor. It can increase efficiency of your air conditioner in the summer.
